This is a solo, low-volume practice focused on quality over quantity. I see fewer patients each day so I can spend more time with each one.

I consult from within Australian Sports Physiotherapy located at 372 Sydney Road, Coburg. When you arrive:
Please come in through the front door and take a seat in the waiting area.
I will come out to greet you when I am ready for your appointment.

I consult from within Best Home Therapy located at 72 Maribyrnong Street, Footscray. When you arrive:

** Please note that my Footscray location does not currently have wheelchair accessibility. If you require wheelchair access, please arrange an appointment at Coburg.
Timing & Punctuality
I generally run to schedule and respect your time. However, I am committed to giving every patient the time they need to address their concerns thoroughly. This may occasionally mean I run slightly late. I appreciate your patience and understanding—you will receive the same dedicated attention during your consultation.

Short Appointment -10 mins - $88.90 (Gap $45)
Short Telehealth - 10 mins - $88.90 (Gap if eligible $45)
Standard Appointment - 20 mins - $152.90 (Gap $70)
Standard Telehealth - 20 mins - $152.90 (Gap if eligible $70)
Long Appointment - 40 mins - $255.10 (Gap $130)
Prolonged Appointment - 60 minutes - $387.65 (Gap $185)
Frequently asked questions
Do I need a referral?
No, a referral is not required to see me. However, for complex medical or sports medicine issues, a referral from your regular GP or physiotherapist is very helpful to provide background information.
How do payments and rebates work?
Payment: We use the HealthEngine billing system. You will be charged the full consultation fee securely at the time of your appointment.
Medicare Rebates: We do not currently process instant HICAPS rebates. Your claim will be submitted to Medicare for you, and the rebate will be deposited into your designated bank account (typically within 24–48 hours).
Can I book a Telehealth appointment?
New Patients: I strongly prefer your first appointment to be in-person, especially for sports injuries or complex care, to ensure a thorough physical assessment. If you cannot attend in person, please contact me via the website or HealthEngine to discuss options.
Existing Patients: Yes, Telehealth is available for suitable follow-ups.
What is the cancellation policy?
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice via HealthEngine or voicemail to avoid a cancellation fee. This allows me to offer the appointment to another patient who needs it.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time will incur a fee equal to 50% of the consultation fee. Failure to attend without notice will incur a fee equal to 100% of the consultation fee.
